2.1 Organizers (persons purchasing a Package)

3. Special category data (photos containing images of persons)

Photos uploaded by Guests may contain images of persons, which constitute special category personal data under Art. 9 GDPR (biometric data). We process them solely for the purpose of providing the service, based on the Guest's explicit consent given by consciously uploading a photo to the Service.

The Organizer, by providing Guests with the Guest Book, is obligated to inform them about the possibility of uploading photos with images of persons and to obtain appropriate consent.

5. Data transfers outside the EEA

When transferring data to third countries (including the USA — AWS, Google, Meta), we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection. You can obtain a copy of the applied safeguards by contacting us.

The Service does not apply automated decision-making to Users that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects Users. Analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) may build anonymous behavioral profiles for marketing purposes — details in the Cookie Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. We will inform Organizers of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Service's home page. The "Effective from" date at the top of the document indicates the current version.
